Tom and Nae personally recruit each team member to work at Adelaide Square Dental Practice.  Qualifications and experience are important factors when considering who to bring in, but what is also important is that we choose someone that has the soft skills to quickly gain the trust of our Patients and fit in with the core values that underpin the practice.
